Information we use

Shop profiles, customer names and optional emails, order text, customer uploads, proof files, explicit decisions and activity times are stored by the order service. We use them to provide the order workflow. Private customer pages do not include shopping analytics or advertising.

Pilot applications and support

Application and support forms save your shop name, email, order volume and message for operator review. Applying never creates a charge. Only signed-in operators can view this queue.

Customer links

A customer link grants access to one order’s requested details and current shared proof. Treat it like a private document. It does not reveal your internal notes, customer email, other orders or shop account. Links expire after 90 days and can be replaced by the shop.

Email and storage

When configured, customer emails and private review links are transmitted to Resend for delivery. A provider acceptance is recorded as accepted, not as proof of delivery or reading. The hosted preview does not send emails or store real orders. The sample demo stays in memory and resets when opened again.

Retention and export

Orders and files stay in the shop workspace until removal is requested. Archiving stops reminders without deleting history. Shops can export their records, including files, at any time. Customers can contact their shop about corrections or deletion; the shop can contact Studio support.

Independent gift catalog and historical records

Gift shortlists and calendar reminders use separate browser storage. When the public gift service is connected, it measures public-page visits and outgoing clicks using a 30-day visitor cookie and respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. It excludes private Studio pages, search text and customer files. Historical advertising, payment and request records remain separate and are not deleted by this product change.

Browser sessions

The order service uses a secure session cookie to keep shops separate. Confirm an access email before clearing cookies or changing devices. Gift shortlists and calendar reminders remain a separate browser feature.
