What the service does

Studio collects order materials, records version-specific proof decisions and highlights scheduling concerns. It does not sell gifts, process your customers’ gift purchases, control production, or guarantee delivery.

Shop responsibility

Use accurate dates and a support email your customers can reach. Upload only material you have permission to use. Check current details and the approved proof before making a product. A proof approval is a recorded customer decision, not a guarantee of legal enforceability in every situation.

Pilot and billing

The proposed founding pilot costs $49 for 30 days and supports up to 20 orders. The 30 days start when the workspace is activated after setup. Each created order counts once, including drafts; its proof versions and changes do not count separately. After 20 orders or after the pilot ends, existing orders can still be finished, viewed and exported, but new orders are paused. Applying creates no payment, charge or subscription. The proposed $99 monthly plan is not open for purchase. No automatic upgrade or renewal is enabled.

Closing a workspace

You can export your orders and files before closing. Archived orders stop reminders and are retained in your workspace. Contact support to request removal of your Studio records. The separate gift shortlist is stored in your browser and is not part of the order workspace.
